-Some materials should be washed above a certain temperature but this should be listed on the care/washing label.
-Any products with a print or embroidery should always be turned inside out before washing.
-Try not to use too much detergent, and avoid washing powders and liquids that contain bleach.
-Don't soak items too long, especially coloured items, and never soak an item with metal trims or buttons.
-Do not iron over prints, delicate trims or the printed tags and always read the care instruction tag before ironing.
-Never leave an item to dry in the sun for too long, as sun can damage the colour density of Any type of fabric.

Returns are Easy! Items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Follow these simple steps; Using our return portal link below. You can return your parcel using your local Parcel point or Postal service, options will be discussed through your customer service consultant.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive the items in our warehouse and process the refund. If it has been longer than this please contact customer services through the contact form. Please make sure you have your returns tracking number so the team can provide a resolution.
We will issue your refund for returned items as soon as your returned parcel has reached our distribution centre. First thing you can do is track your order. It will be able to tell you where your order is if it hasn't arrived yet. We do our absolute best to meet all delivery deadlines however, sometimes things can run a little slower than usual.
If you have received a dispatch email and tracking number unfortunately we can not cancel the order, although once receiving your order you can return the order to us and contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
We will offer a full refund as long as the items have not been damaged in any shape or form. This includes removing of hang tags.
Full refund can be given and will take up to 7 days to return to you using the same methid of payment.
We will do everything we can to get the parcel back to you! We deal with this on a case by case basis and will speak to the courier to see if we can locate your parcel. If we cannot find your parcel we will send out a replacement to get to you as soon as possible.
